Great, personalised care.

Having had Zak as a Support Worker in my home for over 2 ½ years, initially with a care company & then being happy to be able to take him on for private care, I am happy to recommend him. Zak is very caring, reliable and trustworthy. He is friendly, considerate and conscientious and I feel very comfortable having him in my home. He is willing and adaptable, able to help with different tasks and is very practical / technical and a problem-solver. He is able to understand my needs, is patient and intelligent and a great support. As well as providing domestic help he is able to support me with my daily life and take charge when required, being very good at organising me and e.g. getting me ready / taking me to appointments etc. He is a great company and a pleasure to have around, as well as taking his responsibilities seriously and treating me as an individual and really caring rather than just going through the motions / treating it as a job, which is very important to me.

Zak is a brilliant dedicated Carer who always does his best to support someone in their own home. He is trustworthy clean tidy & efficient. So long as you are prepared to be flexible in n the time he is with you, I believe you will not find a better support worker for your needs.
